Voice over powerpoint slides with animated narrators. The narrators give the student something to connect with while learning and add a bit more interest than what you would get from just text on the screen.

Things to consider:

• Voice acting resources may need to be confirmed ahead of project build else that can hold up development time as animation needs to be timed to narration.
• A well written script is key. While cartoon narrators can add a connection with the viewer, if the script reads awkwardly, the characters will feel stiff.
• Character animations can be some of the most difficult animation requests given the number of moving parts involved to make them feel alive. With cartoon narrator requests it’s best to keep the movement requests minimal to speed up development time and keep the attention to the slides themselves.
